At Draper James, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

Print and Pack

Select the items you wish to return, print the prepaid shipping label provided, and securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized FedEx or USPS location as indicated on your return label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
